Domaine de Fussiacus Pouilly-Fuissé "Vieilles Vignes"

An open bouquet, fruity wine. Fairly enticing, with hints of vanilla. Dominant on the palate, revealing the mineral origins of its terroir. Unctuous and nicely rounded. Generaly nicely structured. A rich, savoury wine.

It goes particularly well with foie gras, la,goustine, perch or monkfish. Poularde de Bresse à la crème would also be complementary.

Serving temperature : 10 to 12°

More than 50 years of rogorous land selection processes along with barrel ageing mean that this wine makes the most of its naturals aromas; hints of vanilla, hazelnut and toasted almonds. Excellent for laying down. It can be drunk today, but will reach its peack in 3 to 5 years.
